Worst experience ever please do not waste your money trust me this hotel is not worth it. They do not take orders from rooms. The whole area is full with fishy smell. Trust me guys you are going to regret if you book them. My whole family is regretting that time.

Worst unhygienic and uncleaned small washrooms, having cockroach. Door are broken from inside taps uncleaned, no soap provided. Room does not have WiFi services, No intercom to restaurant. Worst buffet breakfast having same menu in all days. Rooms are small in size and management, manger does not listen to your complain. Don't lie on ratings and hotel pictures and actual room is much more deteriorated conditions. The cleaning staff is also not listening to queries. Ni electric kettle or tea arrangement in rooms. Beds are so poor that you develop back pains 2 star or 1 star rated hotel as compared to services and rooms price are much higher. Restaurant does not serve menu items they simply deny. It sa genuine feedback please think twice before selecting hotel. Travel agents booking this hotels as they are getting much difference

* NO ROOM SERVICE. Not sure who has rated this hotel as 3 starred hotel. * NO CAMERAS OR SECURITY. * NO FIRE SAFETY. * ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN. No mopping was done before we pushed the hotel. * Having food at the restaurant was struggle. People had to wait 10-15 min to get the Vada refilled. And they were hesitant to fill the same again. To avoid the struggle we skipped the breakfast altogether on second day. * All the guests were complaining and they were just not cancelling the rooms or doing refunds. Even when there was no room service. We had to push them to get even the milk delivered for kid in the room.

All the photographs are very deceptive. Reception was surly and most unhelpful. Basil was receptionist who refused any help. There is no Wi-Fi AT ALL OFFERED. They just said not available. The air conditioning did not work and in present conditions was very hard. No toilet paper or amenities offered. When asked for housekeeping gave us a packet of paper serviettes. The strange thing is that this hotel has a B Block right next door. Reception there the exact opposite. Courteous and very helpful. sarvanan when we explained about air conditioning allowed us to sit in reception which was clean and comfortable. Gave us a Wi-Fi password which helped us immensely. The two blocks are a huge contrast.

Nice service near to temple room service ok, House keeping staff is good except Saravanan is good person with reasonable price restaurant is ok near railway station and auto service and car service available in hotel thank you so much all of you
